The following is the list of criteria for SGA members to receive a graduation stole and annual recognition plaque:

  1. Student must have served a complete year (2 semesters) in SGA to be eligible for a stole.

  2. Student must request a stole.

  3. If the student served in multiple roles, they will receive the stole for the position in which they served 2 semesters.

  4. If a student served in multiple roles for at least 2 semesters per role, they will have their choice as to which stole they want to receive.

  5. Not every serving member will receive a plaque. Members not meeting the minimum requirements will just receive a paper certificate.

  6. Notification to receive a graduation stole must be received by the SGA Administrative Assistant:
    ~ For December graduates no later than the     last Thursday of October.

    ~ For May graduates no later than the first Friday of February.
